the amalgam is a fairly simple ship to upgrade you have to harvest plundered cargo to use in its refinery

Before you can start using the amalgam fully you will need to collect plundered cargo to acqure your first amalgam loot exocomp. You will need 500k of plundered cargo to aquire the first amalgam loot exocomp.
Plundered cargo can be found in the traders in the Klingon or romulan systems that have ships that don’t cost you reputation if you kill them

amalgam

Screenshot_1857.png
Screenshot_1858.png

Once you have 500k in plundered cargo you can then purchase the amalgam exocomp in the amalgam refinery

IMG_0063.png

With one of these exocomps active you will get much more plundered cargo per kill with the amalgam
With a tier 1 amalgam you will get a full cargo with one kill when you kill the traders in these systems

*systems from pictures above

Screenshot_1859.png

the exocomp lasts for an hour so to get as much as possible in that time you will either need to move your base closer or use the discovery summon ability for instant warp
Fst amalgam plundered cargo collection-
1 send the amalgam and another warship to the area
2 kill traders with my amalgam
3 attack one of the non traders to kill your amalgam when its full for the quick trip home
4 send the amalgam back and repeat for the whole time of the exocomp
the second ship is there to protect your amalgam from other players or to kill the other warships there to create more of the traders.
the traders in all these systems hold the same amount of plundered cargo so there is no real benefit to going to a high lvl system you wont gain anymore any faster

After you have finished collecting plundered cargo you can then refine it here. Each time you refine you need 2 mil in plundered cargo but using the exocomp you will get a minimum of 1 mil per amalgam run with a tier 1 ship so you could easily get north of 20 mil

IMG_0063.png

After a few times refining you will be able to use a section in the recruitment part of the game

IMG_0065.png

IMG_0067.png
IMG_0068.png

The ship skin shards can then be used to get shards for ship and weapon refits

borg cube

the borg cube does upgrade like most ships but similar to others it gets operations locked or new on the cube ship locked, that means you need a certain ship at a certain tier to get the parts you need
it does say any future requirements so if you want to skip the lvl 32 ships or the lvl 50 ships like a lot of players do that doesn't mean you wont be able to tier your cube you will just have to wait longer to get the parts you need but you then get to do 2 or 3 tiers

Screenshot_1431.png
Screenshot_1432.png
Screenshot_1433.png

first you need to kill hostiles to charge your cutting beam to 100% cardassian hostiles are good when the cube is under tier 6 they don't fill your cargo with loads of par and tri so you can get more of the loot you want in the hull
first kill hostiles until you have 100% next to your cube

Screenshot_20240728-053310_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

second fly to a system where you can use the cutting beam to kill the hostiles with one shot
a tier 1 cube has a cutting beam power of 23000 so lvl 28 cardassians can be killed with one shot since their hull power is 19000
you can find your cutting beam power here

Screenshot_20240728-053628_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

it increases every tier after you add 1 level of xp so with a new cube you get the increase at tier 2 xp lvl 6

your looking at the hull power (bottom right white bar under the hostie if that number is lower than your cutting beam power you can do it with one shot)

Screenshot_20240728-053800_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

to use the cutting beam select the hostile and press the yellow button not the attasck button

Screenshot_20240728-053940_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg
Screenshot_20240728-053915_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

when you kill a hostile like that you get the loot needed for the refinery

Screenshot_20240728-054053_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

you can kill other hostiles to charge the cube and use the cutting beam at higher tiers it works better on jemadar dominion hostiles, you can also improve the power of the cutting beam wityh research and the chroniton sample artifact

the best thing to do then is go and charge again to 100% then go back to where you can use the beam and keeo repeating this to get more of the technological distinctiveness

you find the refinery for the cube in the support refinery

ceritos

the ceritos is a true event ship in the sense you have to do an event on wednesdays to get the tokens to use in its refinery that gives you ship parts, research parts and lower deck crew so unlike others there isn't much of a grind to it
the event gives you 7000 tokens a week so you can open a single chest everyday

Screenshot_52.png
Screenshot_53.png
Screenshot_55.png

the ceritos has a great ability to improve the strength of a ship it buffs for a short time it can buff your own ship or any other player they don't have to be part of your alliance just remember though the buff you give to a player is based on the receiving players research which means if you buff someone that hasn't got a ceritos or hasn't done any research for the ship you wont really add much to them

Screenshot_61.png

you find the ceritos research in the star ship tree and it costs what you get from the refinery to complete but the more you do the better buffs you get

Dark-Background

defiant

the defiant can be useful in two ways either as an outright combat ship or as a support ship giving buffs to help you fight armadas, unlike the ceritos and the titan though the defiant only buffs against armadas not hostiles or players like the ceritos and titan can
to upgrade your defiant you need ablative armour parts and plasma conduits that you can get through the bajoran facti9on store

to get the bajoran credits you will need to kill dominion hostiles to get the antimatter units to open the hostile exchange that gives you bajoran badges that can be spent on three separate chests (its a good idea to open the triple chest in the hostile exchange daily if you can)

Screenshot_20.png
Screenshot_22.png
Screenshot_23.png

the antimatter units will open the hostile exchange to get you bajoran badges and there will also be a free daily claim with some that increases as you tier up your defiant

Screenshot_21.png

after you open the hostile exchange you can use the badges to open these three chests for dominion armada directive bajoran rep and bajoran credits, personally i open the directives and credits first then the rep. bajoran credits can be spent on the parts to upgrade your defiant as well as get favours and the subspace transevers to progress defiant research

Screenshot_24_edited.jpg

you use these subspace transevers to progress defiant research that can help its ability to buff yo your ships during armardas

Screenshot_25_edited.jpg

this research can help a lot for armadas with one row being for group armadas the other for solo armadas, the bottom row is for assaults which is a mechanic that never really took off so i don't waste anything on them unless i have to

Screenshot_26.png

in the same dominion area you will also find dominion solo armadas that you can take on with three of your own ships these will give credits to open chests in the bajoran store you don't need to use the defiant here but if you do it does give you extra loot for the solo armada edicts so it is worth using if its strong enough

Screenshot_27_edited.jpg

if you don't use the defiant as part of the armada it can still buff your other ships with its ability if you have done the research (it can be part of the armada and buff others as well)

Screenshot_29.png

you claim the ablative amplifiers in the bajoran store as a free claim but you can only hold a set amount

Screenshot_30.png

after you have done the armadas you can open these armada chests depending what sort you have done, if your rep is low you wont get rare directives in the uncomm chest so might be worth saving your credits until they are

Screenshot_31.png

discovery

To use the discovery jump ability or after lvl 30 it's summon ability you will need to mine Raw mycelium in systems like this or collect it from the weekly event on sundays

Screenshot_20220712-194726_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20220712-194736_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot (262).png
Screenshot (263).png

You can then refine the raw mycelium into cultivated mycelium both jump and summon ability uses this
you can only hold a set amount of cultivated mycelium

Screenshot_20220712-194857_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

the event on sunday will also give you the credits to use in the support refinery to open the discovery section which is where you get the spore drive components you need for upgrading and research

Screenshot_20220712-195023_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20220712-195035_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20220712-195040_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20220712-195030_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

The best part of the discovery is the summon ability with this you can send the discovery to a system then use it to bring other ships to you. This is great for deep space as it let's you call your mining ships there even if their warp range won't reach on its own.
You will find the summoning research in the starship research tree

Screenshot_20220712-195255_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Asteroid

gorn eviscirator

to progress the gorn eviscerator you need its ship parts to get those you can just claim your daily free claim but that will take a lifetime to progress it, so you can use the ship toyou find the gorn ships here near rom space, they will drop volatile and apex isomatter kill gorn ships easier

Screenshot_39.png
Screenshot_43.png

they might look easy to kill (ignore  power on screen even a 10 mil ship says easy) but crew is massively important at first almost more important than anywhere else besides maybe xindi

*see crew guides for help

this chest is where you spend your apex isomatter where you get ship parts, research parts tokens to spend in the second chest that gives  you new snw crew and tokens to use on other ship parts
for G4-G6 ship parts
*with the apex ship parts think about where you are in game if you don't need anything in there then save them for later

Screenshot_44.png

in these three that you open with volatile isomatter you can get voyager crew shards,  artifacts and faction materials like credits, you will have the ability to open these without the gorn ship but you can get the volatile isomatter easier with it

Screenshot_47.png

this chest needs apex isomatter to open and its what you use to power the gorn ship spatial rift ability or travel through a spatial rift

Screenshot_47.png

GORN SHIP SPATIAL RIP ABILITY

this ability lets you send either your own ships or members of your own alliance can send their ships to the system your gorn ship is in which is very useful to help lower lvl players reach armadas out of their warp range

to trigger the ability press the purple eye symbol then accept on the pop up

Screenshot_48.png
Screenshot_49.png

the outside view of the system will then have this extra button for a limited time

Screenshot_50.png
Screenshot_51.png

*the rip is open for a limited time and for a limited number of ships at tier 1 it stays open for 5 mins and 5 ships can use it, thats 5 ships total not 5 players so if a single player sends 5 ships nobody else can use that rip and will have to wait for the cool down for aniother to be opened

Shooting Star

gs-31

the gs-31 while it can be used in normal hostile grinding or pvp its main use will be for the elite solo waves where its gravitational blast will be most affective

*the weakened state is similar to hitting a ship with a borg cutting beam when you don't destroy them completely the difference here will be the research you can do to increase damage against targets you hit and weaken them

you can find the elite solo waves in the same area as the other solo waves, mirror waves and normal section 31 waves, the elites are the orange ones at the moment and have lvl 45, lvl 50 and lvl 60 waves

Screenshot (480).png
Screenshot (483).png

the gravitational  blast can split when it hits a hostile to weaken or if strong enough destroy up to five targets at once depending on research, this will make the elite solo wave defences easier to complete

Screenshot_20250409_054858_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

when you strike a hostile or another player ship with the beam they will have a weakened status applied, that isn't the same as being damaged although it does do some damage as well. weakened status will add this small grey triangle next to the ship similar to a mantis sting this ship will then be easier to kill, how easy will depend on your researcgh

Screenshot_20250410_060618_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg
Screenshot_20250410_060046_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

to trigger the blast its the same as other ships with the button under the ship, it has a 5 min cooldown and unlike some others there uis no cost to using the ability

Screenshot_20250409_054841_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

to upgrade the gs-31 you need to defeat elite solo waves, this will let you open the strongbox which will give you its ship parts, covert modifications for research and lets you open chests that offer officer shards and ship parts.

ship parts are based on your gs-31 tier and your ops lvl so for higher lvl players at first it will offer you g4 parts which may not be of any use so you will want to save up these tokens

Screenshot_20250410_061001_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg
Screenshot_20250410_051605_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg
Screenshot_20250410_051616_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg
Screenshot_20250410_051627_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

there is some pretty good research at the end of the star ship research tree but early on you will want to get this one done to up the power of your blast so you can destroy higher lvl hostiles rather than weakening them

Screenshot (484).png
Screenshot (485).png

there is also research for cost efficiency and pvp so there are other ways this ship can be useful as it tiers up.

running it as a support ship for pvp in something like a territory fight could be useful being able to weaken bigger ships from a distance for others to finish them off or even outright kills from a distance

Black Background

mantis

when you get the mantis you will need to take it to actian space to hunt the hostiles there, you find these near klingon space below the doomsday worn area

Screenshot_20230107_204932_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

you need these ancient beacons from the mantis refinery to reach the area

Screenshot_20230107_211802_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

The main type of hostiles are explorers but there are interceptors as well that contain more loot but are harder to kill.

There are ways to make it easier to kill the interceptor ships by killing the ships that grant you short term exocomps

here are explorer ships with a symbol next to them and these will give you a short term exocomp

The three exocomps you get are

-Critical damage increase

-Critical chance increase

-Extra shot increase

Screenshot_20230107_204256_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20230107_204349_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20230107_204409_Gallery.png

You can have all three on your ship at the same time when you kill the first with a symbol you get a triangle symbol next to your ship if you then kill another one but a different symbol type you have (+1) next to your ship then killing the third type puts (+2) next to your ship.

so kill symbol ships until you have the (+2) next to your ship then you can zoom out and are ready to kill any ship in the system including the harder interceptor types

These interceptor types will give you more loot per kill and there are normally three in the system all the time. unlike faction scouts who spawn about every 5 mind these spawn as soon as one gets killed

Screenshot_20230107_204506_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

Most of the hostiles here though are explorers. Once the (+2) is on your ship keep moving and keep killing ships because the exocomps only last 3 mins each but if you move and kill quickly you can keep the (+2) if if does drop to (+1) zoom in again so you can see the symbols and only kill those until the (+2) is back

as well as the beacons to travel to the area you can also acquire other useful materials in the mantis refinery, the two most useful are the snw crew and the syndicate xp.

synthetic nitrium and ion are the two currencies to upgrade the mantis and do its research in the star ship tree, the hull fragments you use to get the snw crew shards can also be found in your new dailies

Screenshot_20230107_211814_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20230107_211820_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

all the research in the mantis section of the starship tree will cost synthetic ion

Screenshot_20230107_213054_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

These two dailies are done by stinging other players ships or some call it a debuff

When you sting a ship you don't hurt it but for a limited time the ship thats stung will have reduced abilities and can't warp our.

You can sting players on a node or in open space but stinging someone in open space isn't recommended as it can cause issues especially if the player you sting is doing dailies events missions or grinding.

to keep things peaceful if you only sting players on a node there shouldn't be any issue but if doing that in your own territory try not to sting any of your alliance mates that are opc they wont be able to warp out if they need to

Screenshot_20230107_212400_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20230107_223458_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

To sting a player its the red button under the pop up box

Dark Rocks

meridian

Before you can do anything with the meridian or it's refinery you will need to mine Isogen.
You can fing tier 1 isogen in the purple zone or the three systems near the capture zones.
Tier 2 and tier 3 Isogen can only be mined in the territory zones if you own them

Screenshot_20220712-193257_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20220712-193318_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

Once you have Raw Isogen (tier 1 2 or 3) you can refine it into iso emulsion

You can get the particles and iso resin here which let's you do those parts of research

This iso emulsion can be used to upgrade the meridian, do research in the territory capture tree or refine it to get the particles you need to do research in the territory research tree#

Screenshot (271).png
Screenshot (270).png
Screenshot_20220712-193459_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png

all the research in this tree needs iso emulsion or iso resin some will need the phanton, surex, quantum or metreon particles others need chronometric particles with the iso emulsion

Screenshot_20220712-193343_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Screenshot_20220712-193432_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.png
Dark-Background

monaveen

this is probably the easiest of the event ships to deal with, there are armadas you can do specifically for it but you don't have to if you want all you have to do is let it auto grind in its own area then open the chests

find the systems here on the edge of fed space, park on the edge to let them attack you

Screenshot (272).png
Screenshot (274).png
Screenshot (427).png

the loot from the hostiles and the armadas if you choose to do them can be used to open these chests and help G4 and especially G5 players with the cost of parsteel, tritanium and dilithium.

one thing to remember if you decide to grind manually and attack the other hostiles here you will lose your peace shield if you do

Screenshot (275).png
Screenshot (276).png
Black Background

nsea protector

to upgrade the nsea protector you will need omega trellium, this is different from the normal trellium a or d that you get from most of the mirror universe it is on the extended section but only the nsea protector can go there due to them being hazard systems, if you send any other ship they wont last 30 seconds

the best system to enter the mirror universe to gather omega trellium is mirror alpha centuri that's the closest one to the area they are in

Screenshot (279).png
Screenshot (280).png

just like normal mirror universe trips use the rifts to go from system to system and this lvl 40 system is the first that gives omega trellim fom the hostiles, you only get omega trellium from killing hostiles not from mining

Screenshot (281).png

these systems also have omega trellium in the hostiles and some also have trellium a and d to mine as well, the nsea is much better for mining trellium a and d if you use crew members that increase mining speed you can get very big loads of trellium compared to normal miners

Screenshot (282).png

if your nsea protector is new you will want to use its ability the omega 13 device, this will mean you can avoid dying and losing all your cargo if you lose a fight its easy to trigger but unlike others you need to select the ship itself as it buffs itself, like when you select to buff another ship with your ceritos or defiant you select the box above the ship.

Screenshot (283).png
Screenshot (284).png
Screenshot (285).png

warning if a hostile kills you in the mirror universe you lose all your cargo there is nothing protected use your omega 13 device to help avoid this

after you get your omega trellium back to base and open your loot chests (every kill gets a loot chest) you can use it in the mirror refinery to open the onega trellium to liquid omega trellium chest

Screenshot (286).png

liquid omega trellium can be spent in this section in the mirror refinery

Screenshot (287).png
Screenshot (289).png
Screenshot (288).png

tp maximise what you get from thios refinery it is a good idea to get the mirror dust and the berylium spheres before anything else, the mirror dust is used in your mirror research tree and berylium spheres are used to upgrade the nsea protector

the first two options are free claims you can open daily

after that the options you can choose some will be single some are doubles this is a pattern a lot choose to do

Screenshot (290).png

a single pull on the omega mirror dust

Screenshot (288).png

a double pull on the omega dust all rarities chest

Screenshot (288).png

open the berylium sphere chest

Screenshot (288).png

of the four free primes these are the most useful two and most go for the repairs one first to help with repair costs at higher grades

Screenshot (289).png
Screenshot (289).png

the ship refit and primes aren't bad but these choices help more

you will find a lot of very good research in the mirror refinery but one to do as early as possible is the one that helps you kill the iss enterprise in mirror space, this is like the mirror universe version of a scout but its a lot harder to kill but if you can it holds a lot more loot. this research should be early on your list so you can take these ships on, the iss enterprise will have the mining symbol rather than a normal battleship, interceptor or explorer like most combat ships do

Screenshot (291).png
Screenshot (292).png
Moon Clouds

nx-01

the nx-01 is a bit of a strange one, although it is meant to kill the xindi in the delphic expanse it only has boosts in the token system there against those aquatic ships. xindi aquatic interceptors are the easier of the two to kill whilst the battleships are harder and have a 30% chance to kill you outright

you find the xindi aquatics in the tokeb systems here in the delphic expanse

Screenshot (294).png
Screenshot (297).png
Screenshot (298).png

you will need to obtain a token to reach these systems and at first thats only one a day or with a certain ship refit you get two a day

Screenshot (295).png

you find you free daily token in your nx-01 refinery here in the scrap trade chest and can recieve a second if you have the refit

Screenshot (299).png
Screenshot (299).png

while the battleships have a good chance of just wiping you out there is a strategy you can use with crewing and favours from the ex borg store

the xindi aquatic ships in these systems will give you two things as you can see above, those are normal scraps that you can use in the ex borg store to get ex borg credits and tech modules. tech modules are used in the nx-01 refinery to get ex borg credits ceramic composite to upgrade the ship and choice opportunity chips. however if you kill the battleships  you also get rare opportunity chips

Screenshot (301).png
Screenshot (301).png

particle beam delay and critical damage floor favours are crucial for killing xindi

this crew of frank leslie moreau and nero will let you take on those battleships but you punch up so the nx-01 warp range favour is probably needed as well, in short you only last one fight but due to the ability leslie has he keeps you alive during the fight so you win but when it over you blow up. however you will have a ship full of cargo much more than grinding a lot of lower lvl interceptors.

another bonus to this is the rare opportunity chips you can receive to allow you to get more ex borg credits

*more important now as it helps an alliance tournament task as well

Screenshot (302).png

to upgrade the nx-01 you need both ex borg credits and the ceramic composite both can be found in the refinery here and in the first scrap trade chest you also recieve one delphic expanse token to travel to the token systems

Screenshot (299).png

one of the best things in the nx-01 refinery is the pic hugh shards, the daily claim costs you epic ex borg credits but he is such a good below deck officer its worth it. being able to get more ex borg credits through both types of opportunity chests is more important then if you want to work on the ship, pic hugh and your ex borg favours

Screenshot (300).png

the two chests to trade in opportunity chips are at the end of the ex borg store, the choice opportunity ones come in a daily pull if you have enough tech modules for it but the rares only come from killing the aquatic battleships, there is a way to actually farm a lot of those rare chips by hitting lower with a crew and a max titan fortification that keeps you alive so long that you stock them up rather than the other loot on board the ships so it is an idea to do both

Screenshot (300).png
Screenshot (303).png
Screenshot (304).png

rare opportunity chip grinding and crew is slightly different its more like a normal hostile crew with pike as captain harrison and enterprise E data with him and your titan giving max fortification and you hit lower lvls so you stay alive for the whole time of the fortification, you lose out on tech module and xindi scraps but get the rare opportunity chips and if you do the ex borg favour to increase that you can build a good stock there

Screenshot (305).png
do not use hugh below deck against the xindi he will hurt you more than help

the nx-01 also has an ability called advanced sensors which allows you to scan any deep space system without having a ship in the system (you have to have visited the system before so it cant scan ahead for you to find missions or nodes) which is great for finding armadas in deep space without wasting travel time

Screenshot (306).png
Screenshot (307).png
Space Supernova

reliant

the reliant is the new exiled augment hunting ship, you can hunt these exiles with any ship but the reliant lets you take on the hunters that you cant in the old augment space due to its ship abilities

you find the new hostiles in this area near the jemadar/dominion space to the left of fed space

there are three sorts, battleship, interceptor and explorers you can kill with any ship (the interceptors are D3 hijacked ships) but the hunters are inteceptors D7 hijacked ships you need to be very lucky to kill them if you dont have the relativity

Screenshot (613).png
Screenshot (614).png
Screenshot_20250603_185718_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

the loot you get from these hostiles called splicers, common, uncommon rare and epic can be spent in the expanded augment store to help you progress with the lop

Screenshot (616).png
Screenshot (617).png

you can get the reliant in this store at two blueprints a day if you do the loop and collect the credits which will then make it easier to go further with it faster

Dark Ocean

relativity and krenem invading entities and formation armadas

the relativity is a mix of support ship and combat ship mixed together, while you need to use anti static or anti charged states to take on the static and charged invading entities and those sides of krenem formation armadas if you do it without the relativity you need to use exocomps

the invading entities can be found in this area of the delta quadrant just below the normal rare formation armadas

Screenshot (330).png

in these systems you find static and charged invading entities, you take these on with two of your ships, you dont need to use the relativity here if you use the right exocomp, youneed anti static to take on the static and anti charged to take on the charged. However if you do use the relativity it can use its ship ability to add the anti static or anti charged state you need

Screenshot (331).png

to start the invading entities you use the temporal incursion directives from the daily free claim in the dti faction store, you also get a free claim of dti requisition forms that you can use to get the anti static and anti charged exocomps

Screenshot (334).png

to activate the anti static or anti charged state its these buttons here if your using the relativity as one of your ships just make sure you use the right one

Screenshot (342).png
Screenshot (344).png
Screenshot (343).png

if your not using a relativity as one of your ships you need to activate an anti static or antio charged exocomp to take on the static or charged invading entities

Screenshot (340).png
Screenshot (341).png
Screenshot (345).png

the rewards from the invading entities are static temporal credits, charged temporal credits and encrypted intelligence

Screenshot (350).png
Screenshot (348).png
Screenshot (349).png

the krenem formation armadas are close to the invading entities just to the right of the normal rare formation armadas, these do work the same as other formations with one difference the static and charged sides. â€‹

Screenshot (351).png

every krenem formation armada has one static side one charged side and a neutral side, the static and charged sides work like the invading entities you need the anti static or anti charged state either from an exocomp or the relativity however the neutral side doesn't need and state to defeat that

Screenshot (332).png

you get the directives to start the krenem formation armadas in the dti store by spending static or charged credits that you can acquire from the invading entities loot

Screenshot (334).png

the rewards for the krenem formation armadas are krenem temporal wreckage and krenem quantum tech

*both invading entitites and formation armadas have encrypted intelligence

Screenshot (355).png
Screenshot (333).png

you can turn the static and charged temporal wreckage into static and charged credits to use in the dti store to obtain things like ship upgrade parts for the relativity, static and charged tachyons (used for relativity research) the reputation for the dti faction, dti security access card (upgrade materials for the dti building) directives for the krenen formation armadas, favours, officer shards and forbidden tech shards

you can also get federation romulan and klingon faction credits and rep

revenant

the revenant is built to take on three different targets and from dong that offers great rewards in its refinery, this is the only other ship that you scrap and re build like the stella but unlike the stella it needs to be scrapped at specific tiers or your doing it for nothing. When you scrap at these tiers you get a ship refit that evolve the revenant

to collect the currency you need to open the chest that contain the ship upgrade parts and research currency you need to do the armadas in these systems, both solo and group are located in the same systems, you need to target the right evolution lvl as well as the right power lvl with the revenant.

tier 1-5 mk 1 revenant

borg type  03.0 (solo armadas)

borg polygon 1.0 (group armadas}

*solo armadas are done with only one ship the revenant on its own

Screenshot (308).png
Screenshot (323).png
Screenshot (324).png

after you reach tier 5 lvl 25 you can scrap the revenant to get the token to rebuild it and get to the next evolution with your mk 2 refit which then lets you take on the borg type 30.1 and borg polygon 1.1 armadas.
don't try and jump up to these too fast though you have to work the ship back through it tiers so unless you have enough to jump it right back to tier 5 it wont be great to start with even after getting the new refit

at max the revenant will be mk 3 and the borg 03 armadas go up to 03.2 and borg polygons go up to 1.2

Screenshot (313).png
Screenshot (311).png

the way to acquire directives to do the two sorts of armadas is in two chests in the continuum refinery

Screenshot (325).png

there are also hostiles in the systems with the armadas and these drop a different type of currency to the armadas the hostile drop chaos matter which can be used in the same refinery as the borg type 30 and borg polygon credits

Screenshot (309).png
Screenshot (310).png

the first chests are for the loot from the type 30 solos and borg polygon armadas to be spent and will give you upgrade materials, research materials as well as gas, crystal, ore and ship parts depending on your lvl.

another item in the chest are fabricator tokens to spend on materials

Screenshot (315).png
Screenshot (315).png

your chaos modules gained from killing hostiles can be used to open these chaos tech exchanges one offers shards for chaos tech and the other upgrade materials for chaos tech

Screenshot (316).png

this other chest is an overflow mechanic like with artifacts when you have them maxed you can refine the shards this is similar you can turn excess chaos tech shards into upfrade materials

Screenshot (316).png

the revenant has some very good research aimed around cost efficiency for a lot of buildings, ships, reserach and forbidden tech

Screenshot (326).png

stella

you will need to gain uncommon exchange loot by taking part in uncommon eclipse armadas
You can gain directives for these from the rogue store in two ways either by spending data or security codes ( you get the codes from defeating eclipse hostiles)

IMG_0031.png

you can get directives to start the uncommon armadas in a couple of ways, either with the data to directives chest which used to mean mining data in augment space but with the independent achieves building and a maxed botany bay you get some in a daily claim, the other way is by killing exchange transports in either of the areas that have them here

Screenshot (267).png
Screenshot (268).png

after you have gained uncommon exchange loot you can spend it on uncommon uranium

same for rare and uncommon but you don't need these until after your M number (explained below) is over 20 when you want to take the tiering higher

IMG_0033.png
IMG_0031.png

when you obtain the uncommon uranium you can spend it on ship upgrades as you would on a normal ship .
Use uncommon uranium to get your Stella to tier 4 (DO NOT PUT ANYMORE SHIP UPGRADES ON ONCE YOUR AT TIER 4) and get it to lvl20by gaining xp through fights or putting on ship xp

IMG_0034.png

once your Stella is T4 lvl20 (as above) it’s time to scrap it
When you scrap a T4 lvl20 Stella you will receive 1520 Stella particles and a token to rebuild the stella

Use this token after your Stella has been scrapped then the blueprints to rebuild it will be in your ship build menu

IMG_0036.png

after you have received Stella particles you can spend them on research in the outlaw research tree

Anything that uses Stella particles will increase your M number to a max of 160

The true power of the stella is the M number as this increases you will find a tier 1 stella with a high M number can be more effective than a high tier stella with a low M number

The research also uses research tokens that can be found in your rogue store as well

IMG_0037.png
IMG_0043.png
Screenshot_20250401_061729.jpg

these research modules also use research tokens and you can get these from spending uncommon exchange armada credits gained from doing the armadas ( the reason for only getting single uncommon uranium chests at first)

Get the rogue credits in this chest

titan a

the titan a is one of the best support ships around and for lower lvl players it can also be decent as a combat ship.

you will start with your titan a dailies which only require you to fortify or max fortify another ship (max fortification cant be used until the titan a is tier 2)
there are two dailies, the first small one can be done everyday and all you have to do for that is use the fortification ability once a day. for the second of the dailies you either have to fuse the fortification four times or use max fortification once . its impossible to do both dailies everyday but you can do the small one everyday

Screenshot (364).png
Screenshot (365).png
Screenshot (366).png

activation of fortification is the same as others with fortification the top one and max fortification below

Screenshot (368).png
Screenshot (369).png
Screenshot (370).png

with the dailies done you can open these three chests for fleet commander materials, titan a parts and veridium isotope for titan a research

use your veridium isotope to do the research here which will make your fortifications really powerful additions that can help you and other alliance team mates, this has been found really effective in wave defence including solo waves recently

Screenshot_20250402-195452_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg
Screenshot (367).png

this shows what titan research can do, this was a Q trial a loss without max fortification an easy win with it

vidar

The vidar is upgraded like other ships but does need you to kill Borg probes and gives access to a new refinery. .                        when you first get the vidar you will come here to kill the Borg probes, they look very strong but the bonus the vidar has against them makes it possible to kill them, as you grow the vidar you will get up to the lvl 33 probes (see crew guides for where to change crews)

IMG_0046.png

you can find higher lvl probes in these systems

Screenshot (371).png
Screenshot (372).png
Screenshot (373).png
Screenshot (374).png

to upgrade the vidar you refine the inert nanoprobes tou get from the borg probes into charged nanoprobes in the borg refinery. You will also see active nanoprobes which are used to promote borg officers. There is also faction credits and faction rep in the refinery

IMG_0048.png
IMG_0049.png
Screenshot_20250402_202617.jpg

there are also chests to acquire directives for uncomm borg solo armadas and the chests to spend the credits. Expansion cube exchange is for the loot from expansion cubes just remember to do the research to get the extra loot from expansion cubes or they are pointless

Screenshot_20250402-202654_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg
Screenshot_20250402-202645_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

when you max the vidar to tier 9 you will get two new missions in your holodeck called 'they have adapted part 1 and 2' these will give you all you need to build the talios. Everything is the same with the talios expect you can reach a new area and higher lvl borg probes andf if you take on borg solo armadas you will automatically acquire an exocomp buff that lets you take on expansion cubes

the higher lvl borg probes can be found here on the edge of rougue space

Screenshot (375).png

if you want to do the expansion cubes make sure you do this research in the star ship tree or you wont get much loot from them

Screenshot (376).png

next for the expansion cube you will need to get the talios exocomp on, you do this by running any borg solo armada, the ones here are probably closer to your stations so mean you can get  there faster, these are also the weaker ones so you can kill them with any single ship over 7-10 mil (depending on your research) this will add the foreknowledge exocomp to stop the expansion cubes doing as much damage

Screenshot (379).png
Screenshot (380).png
Screenshot (377).png
Screenshot (378).png

these are the lowest lvl expansion cubes but can be killed with as little as 20 mil power if you have the talios buff on

The Milky Way

vindicator

the vindicator is an armada tank with an ability designed to help you survive bigger targets especially for solo armadas

its a relatively simple loop just complete the event every thursday and you get enough spacework circuits to open the chests everyday

complete this event every thursday to acquire your spacework circuits

Screenshot (421).png

you have enough of the spoacework circuits to open these three chests everyday if you complete the event weekly, the fleet commander chest is particularly valuable so if you dont complete the whole event that is probably the one to focus on if you cant open all three

Screenshot (381).png
Night Sky with Stars

voyager

voyager has two distinct parts to it killing hirogen and species 8472 and mining in its anomaly sample systems both can then be spent in the refinery with voyager you should now be able to kill the hirogen elites making the grind for hirogen relics much easier

the hirogen elites and systems where you can scan to find species 8472 are over to the right of the delta quadrant

Screenshot (470).png

when you have your hirogen relics you can open the hirogen loot chest which gives you circulatory fragments used to do voyager research and duterium canisters that you need to scan for species 8472 or borg data cubes

Screenshot_20250403-034013_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg
Screenshot_1398.png

to kill species 847s and acquire the biotoxins for use in the refinery return to the same area you killed the hirogen elites in, when there use the advanced sensors scan (yellow button) this will make a species 8472 bioship visible and it will attack you.

the other red button is astrometric scan used to scan another player to find their base location

Screenshot_20250120-123626.jpg
Screenshot_20250120-123818.jpg
Screenshot_20250120-123839.jpg
Screenshot_20250120-123910.jpg

with your exotic biotoxins this chest will be available, this includes voyager ship parts, commerce tokens that can be used to get G4 and G5 ship parts and the warp cells to travel to voyager mining systems to mine anomaly samples

Screenshot_1399.png
Screenshot_20250403-034013_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

be careful with your commerce tokens depending on your lvl they will only give you common ship parts you want them to give you uncommon ship parts, if you aren't high enough for the uncommon ship parts to be available the amalgam, ceritos, dvor feesha and ceritos chests are a good choice instead

Screenshot_20250403-034048_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg
Screenshot_20250403-034029_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

in the voyager sample mining systems you will find common and rare anomaly samples that can be refined to acquire artifacts in the voyager refinery

*its not worth mining with a brand new voyager it hardly holds anything try to get some research and tiers on ity before you do this

Screenshot_1401.png
Screenshot (382).png
Screenshot (385).png

these two anomaly sample chests will offer you a lot when you start to open them from voyager ship parts, circulatory fragments for the research and a great range of artifacts

*its worth opening multiple chests of the common but not the rare the cost difference is way too big between rthe single and double chest

Screenshot_20250403-034021_Star_Trek_Fleet_Command.jpg

during your voyager loop you will also acquire warp delta quadrant borg coordinates to allow you to travel to these systems, they have borg data cubes here that you scan for in the same way as species 8472 bioships. While you don't get the biotoxins from these you do get federation, romulan or klingon messages (random two sorts per cube) and in the loot chest more commerce tokens
*when you scan a data cube the faction messages will show as cargo but after you kill it they wont go into your cargo they go direct to your stocks

Screenshot (386).png
Screenshot (387).png

*for lower lvl players you probably need the duterium cansters more for species 8472 bioships but if someone higher up has maxed their voyager and its archieve track they get a lot of the duterium canisters so we have started scanning the cubes to let lower lvl players kill them to help with their faction credits via message exchange
