alliance tournaments guide and tips
this page will explain how to take part in an alliance tournament and tips on how to score so everyone gets better rewards, its important we all work together in the tournament towards that goal. anyone thinking they cant make a difference with the small 750 point tasks you really can every point counts
alliance tournament guide
the alliance tournaments dont have a set schedule like most events but are supposed to run twice a month, one issue is the fact they dont show as an event like other things so you need to find them in your alliance page here

when you open this section you have 4 options on the left side the top of which is tasks which is where you choose what to do, you can do 3 tasks in a 24 hr period (from the time it starts the first day so far we have had 3pm and 4pm UK time starts)

you dont do these tasks in order they are there you choose one to do

once you have completed a task you will need to collect your points, this is the same as when you select your task to do the only difference is the green button will say collect instead of start
​
if there arent any tasks you can do you can use this re roll button to see if you can get something you can do, select a task that you want to re roll then press the re roll button. Normally the sort you re roll is the sort that comes back, for instance you only see 10k tasks you cant do you can re roll those to try and get different 10k tasks (they wont always be different they come back randomly)
just remember the task list is for the whole alliance so be careful what you re roll and if you run out others in the alliance can re roll for you.
tournament store
this is where the promotion and relegation is very important if we are in the top leaderboard we have a better store but if we drop down to the one below some of the items in the store will be locked until we go back up

FIRST CHOICE RE ROLL'S
​
1- xindi hostiles
2- formation armadas'
3- wave defence
4- mirror universe ISS enterprise (not mirror universe hostile kills)
5- epic g6 armadas'
6- acquire syndicate xp
7- acquire multiphasic credits
8- acquire temporal disruptors
9- acquire galactic recruit tokens
DO NOT RE ROLL
1- hostiles including gorn ,swarm, borg probes, sentries (texas class for monaveen), Q continuum and faction hostiles
2- mirror universe hostiles (that ask to kill 20 or 40 hostiles in mirror universe)
3- artifact gallery schematics
4- ultra recruit tokens
5- federation romulan or klingon armadas (fkr armadas)
6-spend uncommon fleet commander skill points
7- spend premium artifact tokens
8-aquire epic dominion or epic borg armada directives
9- aquire G6 gas ore and crystal
*if no re roll tasks are available to re roll and you want to re roll anything else please check first
below is list of some tasks that are good for points and you can do if you save the right materials to do them, they may be ones you havent thought about so we will show you what to save and where it is
FREE TASK HOW TO SCORE
1- ARTIFACT GALLERY SCHEMATICS'
this one is nice and simple just upgrade the artifact gallery the ones available are speed 250 or 500 of the artifact gallery schematics' so make sure you have enough to do the upgrades and cover the task requirements
2- ULTRA RECRUIT TOKENS
another simple one is to spend these ultra recruit tokens the task requires you to spend 4000
3- SPEND UNCOMMON FLEET COMMANDER SKILL POINTS

​in your command centre refinery you can spend uncommon fleet commander skill points on the skill points for fleet commanders admiral kirk captain spock janeway 7of9 and locutas. The tasks start at spend 400 and range up to 300 for the 8k point task
4-SPEND PREMIUM ARTIFACT TOKENS
in your artifact gallery go to the convert section where you will find the premium artifact tokens you can spend as little as 1000 for a task and it goes up to 8000 and these have no cooldown so you can spend all you need
5-DOMINION AND BORG EPIC ARMARDA DIRECTIVES
the dominion directives can be found in the faction store area in the rare chest, you get 200 epic directives per chest so you will need enough rare credits to open a triple chest which could mean having to do some of the uncommon armadas first to get the rare directives

its the same for borg with the amount you need to acquire 500 epic directives the only difference is you find them in the borg refinery
6-AQUIRE G6 MATERIALS GAS, CRYSTAL AND ORE
you can get G6 materials in the choice rewards section that runs with every battle pass now in both free and elite sections
then in your event store the choice rewards will grant G6 and if you save up all the choice rewards from the start of a new battlepass (collect but dont spend) you can then spend them to do these tasks in the alliance tournament
*the crystal one has a better pay-out so you can finish the task easier using that choice reward
if you have the dti building at lvl 50 you can also use the G6 materials convertor and the bonus convertor when available, if you can try to save the bonus one for tournaments there is no cooldown there

*the bonus convertor has no cooldown but you need the tokens to use it but the general convertor has a 3 day cooldown but doesn't need tokens

7- AQUIRE EX BORG CREDITS
there are a few aquire ex borg credits task and probably as many ways to collect them, there is the ex borg faction store which has the pull for spending xindi scraps as well as tradedowns plus the NX01 refinery, if using the NX01 refinery be careful of the lucky chest they can give more but also a lot less so maybe best avoided unless you have enough to open the normal chest as well and do the ex borg store if needed.

*you can also use the alliance tournament store to get ex borg credits but watch out for the cooldown in the alliance tournament store, with these its probably best used in addition to the others you have if you cant get enough from a trade down or NX01 refinery
8-SPEND EX BORG CREDITS
you can spend the ex borg credits on the ex borg favours and NX01 upgrades which take uncommon, rare and epic or ex borg credits on research
with the research ex borg credits they are called common in the alliance task scoring system that's caught some out before
